Giuseppe Ieradi, has been an entrepreneur since the age of 21, involved in farming, pharmaceuticals, food and for last 40 years in construction industry.
He is proficient in all types of construction and holds international patent for Building Systems as well as several patents to aide decarbonisation of the world.

Dan Spasojevic
CEO
Dan Spasojevic has over 30 years of experience managing some of the largest Auto Dealerships in Canada and also specialises in capital investments in Auto industry, Energy, Real Estate, Media and Entertainment.

Zoran Marković
COO
Entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience from managing restaurant chain, owner of telecom company with over 400 employees, managing operations in India with over 3000 employees, first WiFi Mesh network in Serbia, one of the first solar carports in Canada, creating new ways for Solar Highways.

Gary Usling
CFO
Gary Usling has a BComm from the University of Toronto. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1984 while working for Ernst& Young. He worked for Canada Life and the Cooperators in their real estate division before moving on to Penreal Advisors as VP acquisitions and development in the 1990’s.
For the last 30 years , he has provided advisory services to institutional investors and pension funds in areas ranging from real estate, private equity and infrastructure.
